Listen This is out of control, if you're gonna give one class in exotic, that massively improves target acquisition from the hip. Every class should have it as well. It should have the same effect on warlock. With transversive steps, the same thing on titan with dune marchers. Pvp is unplayable because it's an army of hunters running at you spam, firing last word, and there's nothing you can do about it, because range, obviously doesn't matter in this game. A revolver cannot shoot further than a designated marksman.Rifle

Titans are the most effective with Submachine Guns because of Peace Keepers. Warlocks are better able to spread poison with their weapon interactions when wearing Necrotic Grips. I would have liked that for my Thorn or Necrochasm. I agree with you, there's an overabundance of RDM + LW builds, but it plays directly into the power fantasy of a Hunter. It is still quite strong after the adjustments though. As far as give everything to everyone, I don't think that's the way. I think we should create other exotics, aspects, fragments, and melees to incentivize build diversity.
