Need help trying to reach out to a Bungie staff
My old PSN that I used to do was hacked and as such I do not have access to it as PlayStation support is horrible. And now I cannot link my new one any fix?

Unfortunately no. On March 25th, all platform account links (minus Twitch) to a Bungie.net profile became permanent. Prior to that you would have still needed access to the account to unlink it. Bungie aren't offering any exceptions to the policy and don't unlink accounts for people.
