Nerd Alert
Have you seen FMA:B? You should watch it. You'll see Col. Roy Mustang lent Warlocks his signature flame ignition snap... for animation purpose only.
Conjecture: I would bet my account Incinerator Snap was not initially styled to plop out a few hot coals. This explains why the animation vs. effect looks plainly incongruent.. it's the only mismatch in the whole game. Instead of the Ignition it was obviously meant to be, that design was abandoned, and they never circled back around to it.
The result singles out Warlocks as the only class without any Ignite Aspect/ability mechanism whatsoever. We have to literally count applied Scorch stacks in our head (not displayed in-game) to anticipate or attempt an Ignition.
This feels very frustrating. Please consider addressing it. I am not saying Warlocks are underpowered or ineffective, just sorely lacking a thrilling and useful tool. Plus it sounds awesome.

I’ve only played solar warlock since 3.0 so I don’t really know. What ignition mechanism do hunter and titans have? I thought all melees and grenades just applied scorch same as warlock.
