account linking
I linked my twitch account to my bungie account about a year ago, I then lost access to my twitch account as I believe it is deleted or the credentials are missing. I want to be able to unlink my twitch account from my bungie account but to do so it tells me to login to my twitch account and I lack access to it.

Hi there, Thank you for reaching out. To be able to remove your Twitch account from your Bungie profile, you must be able to authenticate it. If you cannot, then unfortunately the account in question will remain linked. Further, as Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. Thus, your only recourse is to reach out to Twitch's support team in the hope of recovering the account in question, then unlinking it following recovery.

In order to unlink an account, you must be able to authenticate the accounts. Bungie cannot forcibly de-link them. [b]I would suggest contacting the platform concerning gaining access to the platform account.[/b] If you are unable to gain access to the account, then you will not be to unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile.
