New Cable Modem vs. Old Cable Modem

I recently upgraded my internet service to a much faster plan, upgraded my modem to support it. I went from 1gb plan and a Netgear CM1000 modem, to a 2gb plan and a Netgear CM3000 modem. I can do everything normal on the internet, but I can't play Destiny 2. I get tons of network related error codes. My ISP has been zero help, my modem company said to reach out to the game developers. What I'd like to know is, have you seen an issue with newer internet service plans and upgraded hardware to support those, not work with your game? I went back to the old stuff and it seems to be working just fine. If you think its more ISP related, any info you can tell me that I can provide them to help let me know.

  • Hi there. Bungie is unable to provide home network technical support, but there are several articles that may help you troubleshoot and resolve your issue.
