I have collected all but one of the Visions of the Traveler in the Pale Heart, and the one I’m missing is simply not spawning. I’ve reloaded the area multiple times on the same character (my only character) and the collectible that’s supposed to appear under the waterfall in the Lost City Outskirts (beside the orange platforms where the Shrieker spawns) is never there. I have all the other Traveler collectibles, which I’ve placed on their respective pedestals in the Arbor of Light, except for the one that “almost disappears behind a waterfall’s misty veil.” I’ve cross-referenced online guides with pictures of the exact location of the collectible to make sure I’m looking in the right spot, and I am. The collectible isn’t there, and so I’m completely unable to finish that triumph or acquire the exotic Khvostov. The only thing I can think of that I haven’t tried is to load into the area as part of someone else’s fireteam, but I don’t see how that would magically make the collectible appear on my end. How long ago did TFS launch? I know I’m not the only one who’s been randomly locked out of acquiring the exotic for this same reason, because there are other posts to this forum from months ago complaining about these collectibles not appearing in other locations. Until this bug gets fixed I’m completely barred from progressing the triumph or acquiring Khvostov, which is pretty lame.
