When cross-save first dropped, I created a Microsoft account with the gamertag "ConnMan291172", with the sole intent of using it to play it on my friend's Xbox at his place. About a year later, I stopped playing and independently deleted the email address I used to create the Microsoft account—this, in turn, deleted that (old) Microsoft account. I already checked thoroughly in an arduous Microsoft support chat and cannot recover this account: neither my old email nor gamertag raised any account. Fast-forward to today, and that "dead" account is perma-linked to my account, despite the fact I cannot access it at all. In a previous post, I presented this information and was told "Bungie can't de-link accounts", as of the recent update... but I was wondering if there were any chance at all an exception could be raised and I could play Destiny 2 on the Xbox again. I'm practically begging. I am so, so willing to provide a mountain of information to prove my ownership of all the accounts detailed... I only want to play D2 on the Xbox with my buddy again :(
