Sometimes when I'm playing and swapping between my weapons like by using the scroll wheel/123. My weapons will just disappear from my hands (in the case of first person weapons, and not put me into third person with swords) when this happens some aspects of the game just stop working. for example, exotic/ legendary perks just wont proc like eagers edge for example, and the same goes for some subclass aspects like knockout where in it just wont heal out give the damage buff. This also is affecting encounters. This happened multiple times while trying to solo flawless vespers host after killing the big fallen to get teleported it just wont teleport me and i have to walk up there manually. This happens literally everywhere in the game. I have had it happen in patrols, dungeons, and seasonal activities. The issue is only solved by me dying which makes solo flawless practically impossible, and its not my computer being unable to handle it I've check several times over. I could really use help with this.
