Need serious help unlinking an Xbox account from cross-save I no longer have access to.
I played D2 on the PS4 from about six to three years ago, and today redownloaded it on an Xbox I've never played it on, intending on connecting that account (Cheemsitz1830) to my PS4/Bungie account (ConnMan_29). However, I neglected to remember that during my previous span of play, I'd created a different Xbox account (ConnMan291172) that I linked to my cross-save: but I've since deleted that Microsoft account and the email associated with it.
I need help severing the connection between that old (ConnMan291172) Xbox account and my current PS4 account, so I can replace it with my current Xbox account (Cheemsitz1830).
Any help at all would be very appreciated, thank you so much!

Hey there, unfortunately as of the 25th of March it is no longer possible to unlink accounts. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025 Bungie does not forcibly unlink accounts, so the linkage cannot be changed.
