Season Pass Paid for

I paid for the season pass and it shows the bottom tier is locked and i need to purchase the season pass i sent several messages along with my proof of purchase and typical Bungie i got no response i will not pay for another season pass as i already paid for one. How do i resolve this issue as i have proof of my purchase thru my MS account and in my bungie account on that character. What do i I sent a msg to bungie several times about this and of course no response Either give me my money back or give me what i paid for. Typical bungie Help

    Hey there, you do appear to own the passes, in what way did you send a message to Bungie? The only ways would be here through the forum, or here -> https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items via this form. If you have not filled out that form, please do so. If you have filled it out, you need to wait for a response. Repeatedly filling it out will just keep bumping you back in the queue.
