Email verification issue
Trying to verify my email on Bungie to sign up for the Marathon alpha, but I’ve not received any verification emails. I’m using a gmail account and I’ve tried multiple times, including signing out and back into Bungie.net. Yes, I have checked my spam folder. Would appreciate any help.

2 RepliesUpdate on what finally worked for me - I changed my email address to something else (@duck.com in my case), and that received the email immediately. I verified then switched it back to my original email, which was the one for my Steam account (logged in with Steam). This time the original email account received the email immediately as well.

If you haven't tried doing so yet, could you see if you encounter this same issue when using a different browser? If you do encounter this issue across different browsers, then please let us know which ones you tried verifying your email with. We'll then review.

Guys i did manage to get verified and sign up for the Alpha. I went back into my browsing history where the neon green window popped up and started asking for which accounts you would like to link. it then let me send the email verify link. verified and then i WENT back to the neon green page from my history again and it let me complete the survey and sign up from there.
