DLC packs and Chat

I’m not able to access my DLC packs. I own all of them but it’s acting like I have to buy them again. Just got a new PlayStation five and have activated it as my primary console. Also, it’s not allowing me to turn on game chat or voice chat. It’s remaining on off even when I try to click on it.

Unfortunately, if that doesn't work, Bungie has no control over the licenses, so you will have to work with the store's support team to have them verify your purchase and restore any licenses as needed.
