Massive bug that slows your character and / or reduces weapon RPM
This has happened to me already thrice this week. I haven't recorded any issues in PvE but it is present in PvP. I don't know what triggers it. Some of the effects may include:
- Character movement being reduced, like suffering from Stasis slow all the time.
- Weapon handling being reduced, bypassing handling boosters like Ophidian Aspect.
- Weapon RPM reduced, which is recorded in the video.
- Effects can be combined and / or increase their strength.
- Effects occur after spawning or being resurrected, and can be cleansed after dying again, but it is not 100% certain and sometimes can be permanent for the entire match.

I am seeing similar in both pve and pvp. In pve I have encountered many times lodestar simply not firing especially in ads, and today in pvp I had many times when a submachine gun was doing the same also in ads plus there were times when I felt like I was being stasis slowed, everything just stutters.
