Can’t join a fireteam
Every time I try to join a fire team from the app it uses my old ps4 account instead of my steam account. Then says I must be guardian rank 5. I’ve reached that on my steam account and that account is connected to my D2 app. Both accounts are, Why does it not work?

Hello there, Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with Fireteam Finder. Can you try going to the Director tab within the application and choosing the character you want to use, then going back to try and join a Fireteam?
