Clan Notifications and Activity Logs Not Working (Post-March 5, 2025)

I am experiencing an issue with clan notifications and activity logs in Destiny 2. I am the founder of a clan, and here are the details of the problems I’m facing: Missing Clan Join Requests Notifications: I am not receiving any notifications when players request to join my clan. This includes: 1) No notifications through the Destiny 2 Companion App. 2) No email notifications. 3) No notifications on the Bungie website (logged in). I have checked my notification settings on both the Companion App and my Bungie.net account, but the issue persists. Clan Activity Logs Not Available After March 5, 2025: I am unable to view any activity logs for my clan after March 5, 2025. This includes logs for players joining, leaving, or being kicked from the clan. Activity logs were available before March 5, 2025 and I can still see previous logs, but have not been updated since that date. To troubleshoot further, I even set an admin role to another account and checked the logs and notifications on that account, but the issue remains the same. I have also attempted the following troubleshooting steps without success: 1) Logged in through different browsers and the Companion App (iOS). 2) Checked notification settings on both my Bungie.net account and in the Companion App. 3) Cleared browser cache and cookies. 4) Tried logging in normally (not in incognito mode). 5) Used different networks (Wi-Fi and mobile data) to rule out any local network issues. As the issue is affecting both the app and website, I believe it may be an account-specific problem or a larger issue with the Destiny 2 clan system. Can you please investigate this issue and let me know if there’s anything on my end I can do to resolve it? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hi there, Thanks for reaching out about this. Unfortunately, there are some ongoing issues, as you described, which sometimes affect these notifications. While we're aware of and looking into these issues, there's no ETA on when fixes could be implemented, and we apologize for the inconvenience in the meantime. There's unfortunately nothing else we can suggest at the moment beyond the troubleshooting you've already done.
