For comparison's sake, hoyo verse is another, more talented developer, that also does live service games, and they currently have three. All great games. Varied and with little bugs. And they currently have an app for all three, that actually functions with four of their games, and it runs well, has login bonuses, forums, in-game data, on everything about your account, and it has no bugs. And again, this runs on four of their games, aiding with details, guides and so much more that the Bungo companion app does not. Yet the latter runs very crapily. So, long story short, could you look into making a better companion app? And I know, I know, I won't get any type of response from Bungo about this, but just don't let everything Destiny related being passable. At least have a few good things that run really well, even if you have a handful of developers under your roof that aren't the best.
