As seen in the video, Tempest Strike is difficult to cast on many surfaces, whereas Stasis and Solar slides can be cast much more reliably.
In my opinion, this is likely due to Tempest Strike's excessive height restriction threshold. Unlike abilities like Consecration, Drengr's Lash, and Khepri's Horn's energy wave—which can still be cast at certain elevations (such as on moderately high cliff edges)—Tempest Strike seems overly constrained. I hope the developers can address this issue.
