First amendment doesn't apply in forums
I can't even voice my opinion anymore on forums. I wish there was a discord to talk to these mods. I've seen worst posts before and none of them were banned.

You can always send any of us Ninjas a private message if you want to discuss moderator action. We don't discuss individuals' bans openly on the forums for their privacy. Also, keep in mind that we are volunteers doing this in our free time—we can't be everywhere in the forums at once, so we rely a lot on reports.
