First amendment doesn't apply in forums

I can't even voice my opinion anymore on forums. I wish there was a discord to talk to these mods. I've seen worst posts before and none of them were banned.
Moderator edit: This thread has been updated with tags that are more appropriate. Feel free to private message the moderator who moved your post, link to topic, for further clarification about why this topic was moved.
Your title is in fact legally correct. Exact text for reference.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
For those unaware. The First Amendment explicitly states and only applies to government entities. It is there to project you from the government, not other private entities. Bungie has the same rights to kick you out of the forums as you do to someone who came to your social gathering and started spouting slurs. Whether or not you agree with it is a separate topic. It is well established legal precedent. If you wish to contest that lobbying for changes is more effective than complaining here.
