First amendment doesn't apply in forums
I can't even voice my opinion anymore on forums. I wish there was a discord to talk to these mods. I've seen worst posts before and none of them were banned.

So the law of the land, by the federal government, says free speech cannot be infringed, yet its considered a form of free speech to supercede federal laws within businesses in the U.S. to and take free speech from others for nothing more than the sake of "feelings" or simply because they just felt like it. Really nothing should be able to supercede that right on U.S. soil, but none of them are really working for us out here. Anyway, Bungie will probably ban the post, but not before myself here because political statements are totally ok for them to push on people in game, and do all sorts of stuff with it, but God, I mean Bungie forbid you mention anything of the sort in the slightest. That's who this company is. Real honest, equality driven company.

People are clueless and don’t understand that while the constitution gives us rights, the Supreme Court spells out the nuisances. Otherwise you’d see people posting what a tool their boss is on work related forums.

First amendment only applies in a public setting (or your own home obviously). And does not apply when it infringes on another’s right to use public spaces without being verbally assaulted. For all intents and purposes the Bungie forum is a private setting. Which means it is free to set its own restrictions as long as the rules are equally applied without discrimination.

Coming back to your "amendment" you where allowed to post it and say what you wanted but you are not exempt of the consequences.

[spoiler]Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.[/spoiler] For those unaware. The First Amendment explicitly states and only applies to government entities. It is there to project you from the government, not other private entities. Bungie has the same rights to kick you out of the forums as you do to someone who came to your social gathering and started spouting slurs. Whether or not you agree with it is a separate topic. It is well established legal precedent. If you wish to contest that lobbying for changes is more effective than complaining here.
