Missing outbreak perfected catalyst
Hello I am missing the catalyst for outbreak perfected even though I completed zero hour on legend within the 20 minutes and physically opened the chest myself, rewind rounds is unlocked but everything else is restricted, it says I need to purchase the catalyst perk, but there is now way to buy it. All the other columns besides outlaw collum are locked for each perk as well.

You'll likely need to redo the legend run, you'll want to grab a clip of you at the time of the boss dying/chest spawning-opening in the room then post it on the help forums if the catalyst doesn't unlock that time.
