Can not reaquire Barrow-Dyad or craft/shape it.
I have completed the exotic quest and acquired all the intrinsic perks. I infused this gun several weeks ago while waiting on act II. I however can not craft or shape the smg and can not complete catalysts since I can not reacquire the smg. All 3 of my characters can not shape or craft the smg.

There's a known issue affecting Barrow-Dyad shaping, as you described, which the team has already been made aware of and is looking into. However, there is unfortunately no workaround or definite fix yet available. We apologize for the inconvenience caused while the issue persists.
