Eggs For Dummies

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 large frying pan
1 plastic/metal spatula
1 spray bottle of PAM non-stick
salt and pepper

Procedure:

[b]Sunny Side Up Eggs[/b]
1. Set frying pan over medium-low heat on stove
2. Spray frying pan with PAM non stick spray
3. Crack eggs onto frying pan and cook for 2 and 1/2 minutes. The whites should be firm but the yolk should jiggle when shaken.
4. Carefully slide eggs onto your plate and season with salt and pepper.
[b]Over Easy Eggs[/b]
1. Set frying pan over medium-low heat on stove
2. Spray frying pan with PAM non stick spray
3. Crack eggs onto frying pan and cook for 2 and 1/2 minutes. The whites should be firm but the yolk should jiggle when shaken.
4. Carefully flip the eggs with spatula and cook for [b]20 more seconds[/b]. Try your damndest not to break the yolk.
5. Carefully slide eggs onto your plate and season with salt and pepper.
[b]Over Medium Eggs[/b]
1. Set frying pan over medium-low heat on stove
2. Spray frying pan with PAM non stick spray
3. Crack eggs onto frying pan and cook for 2 and 1/2 minutes. Make sure the whites are stiff.
4. Carefully flip the eggs with spatula and cook for [b]1 more minute[/b]. The yolk should be soft but not runny.
5. Carefully slide eggs onto your plate and season with salt and pepper.
[b]Over Hard Eggs[/b]
1. Set frying pan over medium-low heat on stove
2. Spray frying pan with PAM non stick spray
3. Crack eggs onto frying pan and cook for 2 and 1/2 minutes.
4. Carefully flip the eggs with spatula and cook for [b]2 more minutes[/b]. The yolk should be fully cooked and stiff.
5. Carefully slide eggs onto your plate and season with salt and pepper.

Chocolate orange marble cake: 225g (8oz) self raising flour 225g (8oz) cooking butter 225g (8oz) caster sugar 4 eggs 1 large oranges 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 1 tablespoon milk 2 big galaxy chocolate bars. 1) Mix the flour, butter, sugar and eggs in a bowl. (Preheat an oven to 180c/360f/gas mark 4) 2) Once mixed, seperate the mixture into two bowls adding the cocoa powder and milk into one bowl and the juice and grated rind from an orange into another, continue to mix. (Use some orange food colouring on the orange mix if you wish) 3) Line a cake tin with butter and some parchment paper. Add the two mixes into the cake tin and even out. 4) Bake for 45-55 minutes, use a knife to check to see if it is cooked thoroughly, if it comes out clean in the middle it is fully baked. 5) Allow to cool on a metal rack. Add the chocolate bars to a bowl and boil over low heat. 6) After the chocolate is melted, spread the melted chocolate over the cake, making sure it is evenly covered. Put in the fridge and wait for the chocolate to completely solidify. 7) Boom. Cake.
