OCE have a huge cheating problem. And it's the same in other games in our region. Apart from the fact that there are cheats everywhere and Battle Eye is useless. Bungie don't seem to ban the high stat players who are blatently cheating. If your banner advertises you have 250k kills but your two snipers have 100% & 97% headshot stats, I'd suggest it's not skill. Especially when you're going through other games with 100% headshots on both HC and sniper.
