Can't access Episode Echoes
A friend of mine can't start episode Echoes despite owning it through Light and Darkness collection. He has already completed all campaigns but The Final Shape, but he's able to access Episode Revenant and Episode Heresy. Already checked the terminal to aquire old missions, but there's nothing there.
