No Gold Border on Fully Enhanced Weapons
So I got a drop of Watchful Eye (Adept) and enhanced it without masterworking it beforehand. After I had finished fully enhancing it, it does not have a gold border like other masterworked weapons. I was a bit confused so I grabbed another adept roll (Abyssal Edge) I had and masterworked it before enhancing it. After fully enhancing it, it had a gold border. I am quite a bit confused and am wondering if I have done something wrong. I know it's not the most pressing issue, but it just seems weird. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I will provide more information if needed.
