So, I need some help with this issue I'm running into. I have obtained the Memory: Impassive Darkness three times and opened the chest in the Impasse to no Facet. The first time I opened the chest it said that I received the Facet of Dominance, but when I went to apply it to my build, it said that I did not have it. So, I collected the materials again and received another key for the chest (Memory: Impassive Darkness). The second time I opened the chest; I did not receive the facet. I obtained a third key. This time I reset my game to desktop, loaded into the tower, loaded into the area (Impasse), opened the chest for a third time to no facet. Please help me fix this or forward this to the proper channels. When I go to put in a support ticket, there is no area to place a ticket unless you are looking for a ban appeal or missing Eververse stuff.
