Missing Episodes

I always played on XBOX, I purchased the complete collection on Steam including the latest expansion and also the annual pass. I launched the game on Steam and it advised of the cross save. So I went to the site and completed the cross save and selected my XBOX account as the primary account. I hit next on the game and it asked what class I wanted so I Alt+F4'd the game and relaunched and it and it loaded correctly into my XBOX character. I did get the Tessellation and stash items however the season pass is asking me to purchase and my account on Bungie states I don't have the episodes ticked against steam even though I have the annual pass on steam. I included a link to an image showing this. Steam support advises to contact Bungie when following help options. However I can't find somewhere on Bungie help to report the issue.
