Foetracer and spirit of Foetracer is not activating on last gen console
Note I will be upgrading to next gen soon, however I went and tested every subclass element, matching weapons to those affinity’s and visually the buff is not on screen. I’ve removed build buffs for testing. Testing the x4 weapon surge and number values stay the same. I’ve been asking through discords and no answer’s.
