If it's buggy, lock it until you fix it.
Just got to the part in GM Excision to destroy statues...learned that it VERY FREQUENTLY soft locks because of 12man.
Maybe fix the encounter, make it need 6 people instead of 12 and profit.
No wonder I haven't bothered to do GM Excision. It's ABSOLUTE UTTER GARBAGE.
