My 12 yo son is an avid player (Steam), but due to his age he is unable to use text or voice chat. I've been hunting around the web and this site trying to figure out how to get parental controls set up but have come up empty, as the parental controls page just sends me to a page that has instructions on how to do it but the permissions page doesn't behave in a way that is consistent with the instructions, so we're stuck. I can't even find a place to submit a support ticket so this forum is the only avenue i've got left to ask for help. So....help please?
