Step 6 of Vesper's Host is still bugged. None of the panels that you need to progress spawn after clearing the first encounter. The known issues state: "Players who are unable to complete Step 6 of the Rogue Network quest may have already completed the puzzle and just need to claim the collectible." However, there is no collectable to collect.
