Hackers and resetting trials cards
I'm trying to help friends go flawless and we keep running into teams with completely stacked players who keep resetting their cards at 6 wins so they can farm in the non-flawless pool. This will be the downfall of trials again. We just ran into a 3 stack with a 9kd, 6kd, and a 4.6kd. also on new accounts. They are cheating and ruining this game for anyone that wants to play it. Back to duos Bungie. The 3 stack was a good idea until they figured out that they can just reset their cards and be the trolls that they are

Then when you go flawless you can't complain that you can't reset your card. Or stop resetting your card at 6 wins just to help tour friends out. You should not be able to play with people unless all of you're cards are fresh. Unless you have been flawless for that weekend.

That’s always been my biggest gripe with trials is matching against unfair teams. Even with the new system it’s still not enough to get me into trials. I enjoyed playing in the flawless pool over the flawed pool because I would get people around an equal skill making it somewhat fair experience.

As far as the cheaters, yeah they need to go. As far as the resetters go….get over it.

finally someone made a post about it the opponent search system is some kind of bottom and a ton of sludge how is it possible that after losing 100 matches I still get auto bots on mega master level!!!! maybe I have a skill issue but I see when someone cheats❗❗❗❗❗ people don't invest in this game stop playing for a month and maybe Bungo will wake up there are a lot of other games better than the game is old the content is the same weapons hmm same new skins and perks 😭 I'm waiting for waves of hate 😂🤔🤔👍 new age of Star Wars 😂😂😂 bTW this game is offline 😂😂as usually Greatings Guardians stay in peace ✌️ -

If they have yellow or white glows, they are players restarting cards to try for full flawless - this is encouraged 🤷♂️ I’ve done it myself this weekend. Got my 5 streak and trying for 6 or 7. Waste of my time but it’s not resetting card to -blam!- with people, just to try again

5 RepliesYou do know that you can't reset your card without your card having a loss and if you're trying to go flawless you have to reset your card because there are no more mercies.

3 RepliesI just put a post up if you're matching people you suspect.All you have to do is have the party leader.Go into their cross play settings and turn it off and it will immediately take you out of the match with no penalty

They just gotta remove the pool after a 7 win streak. More players in 1 pool lessens the chances of matching stacks

lots of Tommy guns and smoke . team balancing was so bad a few games that no players got 1 kill the match. plus if manage getting 7 wins .you get nothing for rewards . zero adepts no momento just a bunch of junk . not worth the effort at all. last time I'm going in that cheater swamp of wasted time unless bungie gives equal rewards at the light house.

I hate to be that guy, but you're not gonna see a fix for that, ever. I'm sorry, but I just have no faith or believe "This Bungie" anymore. And you guys are coming here week after week, month after month, for years, and still no fix or improvement. That's the nail to any game's coffin. If I were you, I would just leave it, or keep trying till you win, but to see an improvement or bungie doing anything, you'll have a better chance meeting any president in the last 10years than seeing bungie doing anything to help make this game better. Believe it or not, as crazy as this sounds, those cheaters are putting in the hrs and helping them bring their quota to what it needs, that's why they won't do anything. i was playing the first week and i had a 2 win streak and one match i got into was with 4 (3 on enemy team 1 on my team) people who went 7-0 and they slammed my whole team like i just wanna get my loot 😭

3 RepliesYou can only reset after a loss. Maybe better for a change to skill based matchmaking. Get 7 wins and get an Adept weapon (3win streak on a Lighthouse Passage ensuring that) the higher the streak the more Adepts will drop. IMO they need to reinstate skill based matchmaking.

I tried Trials last week and after 5-6 games of close matches & even win loss, it turned into a massacre. I went over 2 dozen games getting jus played with. I feel like the top 5% are jus farming the other 95 for sheets n giggles.. I'm dreadful at PvP, no delusion there, but I shouldn't be going against flawless Uber gawds. But, if that's how it rolls, then I guess I'll dip out of being k/d fodder & you gawds can squabble amongst yourselves 😘

It must be a coding issue (that prevents them from doing what I'm about to say), but players resetting cards shouldn't be a thing. The game should simply track win streaks, and when you open the lighthouse chest, your card resets itself, and if you get a 7 win streak, you get the flawless card, so you still go into that new pool of players. But yeah, the time of players being able to reset their own cards should just go away.

Last time, I got a 6 win streak & the team were kind of normal. There were some people clearly cheating and it wasn’t too bad but this week it’s just crazy with people just openly cheating & high KD players farming low/negative KD like me.

Always has been, not just for cheaters. Also used for recovs/carries and all that. It's just abuse of the system. How this isn't caught by a failsafe or ruleset this long into D2 lifespan is incredible.
