Did the quest all the way through on first character no problem, got the class item. Second and Third character are stuck at step 2 where you enter the code Savathûn/enter/ pyramid… tried every code after that and it won’t progress. There aren’t any documents in the room to pick up and that part is check off but the only thing I can think of is it says all my characters are “Fully Initiated” when I know I’m supposed to be a First-tier initiates at the beginning of the quest. Is this the problem and if so how do I change my rank? Please help me bungie.
