If you use any of these you are the problem void hunter, fusion rifles, the new bxr weapon, and or all of them at once you are the reason people hate comp. I have played destiny since day 1 d1 and have seen every meta from the god awful smg titan coward meta all the way back to the matador meta of d1 and everything beyond and before.
This has to be one of the worst because invis hunters are truly a god awful abomination in pvp. They need a rework.
Fusion rifles are an outright better option to a shotgun or sniper because they do both of those weapons jobs in a single split second charge with minimal room for failure. They need a significant charge rate increase or damage nerf and fall off. Because I’m tired of seeing some invis hunter come slide around a corner when I’m 15+ meters away and delete me while he’s out of cover and charging his fusion rifle while bot walking toward me. Granted I’m no god anymore at this game due to my career being more important than a game, but in my career if you are putting your shots on point the other person will drop, not hey imma charge this cheese rifle and get a free kill.
I know there’s a nerf incoming and hopefully it’ll help, but bungie stop making one specific type of weapon meta for the year huh? How about you just give everyone a chance and make it all balanced and stop nerfing everything else into the ground.
-ps: if you’re an invis hunter with a fusion rifle and the bxr you are the problem and may god have mercy on your soul.

Edited by Sho'nuff: 3/8/2025 9:39:07 PMYeah I dont get why Bungie always makes one insane weapon at a time...seeing team after team all using Redrics is lame & I'm at the point that just hearing it fire in another part of the map makes me mad lol. You cant (or shouldnt rather) just make one gun and one or two builds amped to 11 at once...how about make a bunch of them like that? Maybe thats not feasible though. But I'm not mad at people (except invis hunters 😂) for using what Bungie is pushing, use whatever you like of course, just wish Bungie would offer more options that were as gnarly in game as those at a given time.
