Navigator Tracerifle needs a rework, give us a reason to use it.
It's useless because woven mail comes from so many sources now, using an exotic weapon slot for this gun feels bad.
On the topic of outdated exotics, The Collective Obligation also feels bad with so many void debuffs at our fingertips, this feels worse to use than a legendary pulse with destabilising rounds.

Just run the proper builds to make the Weapon work. Unpopular opinion: This is how [b]EVERY[/b] [i]Exotic[/i] should operate. Buildcraft around the weapon to fully maximize it's potential.

1 ReplyNavigator’s Grapple point is still amazing and to be fair the Woven Mail is practically free since it refunds most of the ammo you used. Grapple is still a powerful movement and damage tool and having infinite of them is certainly useful. Is it S-tier meta defining game breaking? No, but I don’t think Navigator is in a particularly bad spot.
