I'd really like to finally aquire the shader after all these years.[/quote] You used to have to get a curated roll on one of the weapons from the raid. Curated rolls were something bungie did back in year two and three. Essentially a gun could have a curated roll, which sometimes had perks that were not in the perk pool for the gun. The curated roll would drop as a fully masterworked weapon and would sometimes come with a unique shader. I am unaware if they still drop though, as the perks have been overhauled on those guns.
