I’ve not done strikes/nightfalls in ages and decided to do a few (well 9 to be exact) and noticed upon going back to Zavala in the tower that the featured weapon is Plug One, however for the non adept version it requires vanguard engrams and an adept cipher? Just wondering why for the bog standard version? I have 4 adept ciphers, not sure how or where, maybe from Xur ages ago. Thanks for any help
