The only way an account can be linked to your Bungie.net account is by logging into Bungie.net with one your platform accounts and then linking it. This means someone has access to one of your platform accounts and then added an account. Either you gave them access to one of your platform accounts or you were hacked. If you were hacked, then you should secure your account ASAP. As for the unknown accounts, the only way to remove them is to log into them. If you cannot do this, then you're stuck with them forever.
