Bungies contact info?
Does Bungie have any contact info? I need to get an old Epic Games account that I no longer have access to removed from my linked accounts, because it won't let me cross save from PS5 to PC.

2 RepliesThere is no contact for that. As you were told (by Bungie), you can’t do it if you can’t login to the account. You have to work with epic support to regain access to the account.

Hi there, Thank you for reaching out. As others have said, there is no contact form available for this. Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, and we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. To be able to remove any account from your Cross Save setup, you must be able to authenticate it. If you cannot, then unfortunately the account in question will remain linked to Cross Save. As you mentioned Epic's support team could not assist you with the account, it looks like the above will remain the case for you. In order to unlink an account, you must be able to authenticate the accounts. Bungie cannot forcibly de-link them. [b]I would suggest contacting the platform concerning gaining access to the platform account.[/b] If you are unable to gain access to the account, then you will not be able to unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile. If you're trying to set up cross-save, then your only option will be to create a new Bungie.net profile and then unlink/relink the accounts you actually want to that new Bungie.net profile. Just keep in mind that if you go with the new Bungie.net profile, you will lose access to the code-granted bonuses you've redeemed on Bungie.net, Bungie friend list, possible Twitch rewards, and potentially name because those are tied to your current Bungie.net profile. Bungie can't remove or access accounts that you have Cross saved. You would need to work with the platform that the account is from to regain access.
