Pass and dungeon error
I bought the content that includes the battlepass and dungeons keys and they didn't give it to me

Doing it that way tied the passes (they count as in-game addons, Eververse items) to your Steam profile, which then became dormant when you cross-saved. They do not work the same as expansion pack content like The Final Shape, and do not share/duplicate across to other platforms. Please check the following link and fill out the form provided.
