This is very embarrassing, but a couple of days ago I've decided to spend my remaining 600 silver on an ornament. The item I intended to buy was the Helium Reactor legendary Warlock ornament, for its majestic glow effect. Unfortunately, I got a bit confused and didn't realize there were two legendary chest ornaments released for warlocks this season and I bought Internal Epistemology instead. I don't really play Warlock that much and I kind of didn't register my error until earlier today. The ornament has already been claimed so I can't refund it myself. I know silver refunds are something that cannot be done by Bungie staff, however would it be a far reach to have the ornament in my collections swapped for the one I had wanted? There would be no changes to my silver balance, so that wouldn't really count as a refund, right? This is 100% my fault, a very silly mistake and I feel so stupid about it right now and I wish something could be done about it. Is it possible to have my mistake corrected?
