Awoken Mementos/ Wish Ender Bow
I want to get the Wish Ender bow, but I don’t have the mementos, it’s *not* in my quest archive and Petra won’t give it to me, so what the hell do I do now?

I have this issue as well, and did report it here a few months ago. With some searching, you will find that this softlock has been in the game for quite a long time, people have been reporting it since at least fall of 2023, around the time the quest seems to have been reworked. The main way people say this happens is if you delete the character that was originally holding the Awoken Mementos kinetic weapon slot quest item, you will never be able to reacquire it again. No known workarounds exist. Bungie has briefly listed this issue in their Known Issues during Episode: Revenant, however they removed it from the list despite it not being fixed.
