Hey all, I purchased silver for Destiny 2. I didn't purchase it for Destiny 1 or any other game. I was charged for the full amount. The purchase is on my bank and my Xbox transaction history. The purchase has gone through fully on my bank's end. I purchased the silver directly in the Xbox App for PC. The in game purchasing portal didn't do anything. There were no server outages. I was signed into the correct account when I made the purchase. I tried buying silver from the Microsoft store app as well. I also tried on the Xbox app for PC again after resetting app in my settings and that didn't work either. I've waited over a week at this point and nothing has happened. I've since requested a refund from Microsoft and I have received it. I don't know what to do. I want to buy silver but no method works! Please help!
