Hello.
I've been playing Destiny 2 for years. I originally started on Xbox but later took a long break. When I returned, I switched to playing on PC. Thanks to cross-save, I kept all my progress and linked my Xbox, Steam, and Epic Games accounts so I could play from any platform.
Recently, I lost access to my Epic Games account, so I decided to unlink it. However, I didn’t realize that this would trigger the 90-day restriction on enabling cross-save again. Now, I can’t access my characters, items, or progress because they are tied to my Xbox account, and I no longer have an Xbox.
My main platform is Steam, where I have purchased all the DLCs. Is there any way Bungie can help me regain access sooner? I would really appreciate any assistance or advice.
Thanks in advance!
Is there any way Bungie can help me with this situation? I would appreciate any guidance or possible solutions.
Thanks in advance!

Hello there, Unfortunately, this is functioning as intended and cannot be manually overridden.
What actions can limit my use of Cross Save? The following actions will impact a player’s ability to enable or disable Cross Save: - Players who disable Cross Save cannot re-enable Cross Save until 90 days after it was disable - Players who purchase Silver cannot disable Cross Save until 90 days after the Silver was purchased - Players who perform a refund for purchased Silver cannot activate Cross Save until that Silver is re-purchased for that account - Players subject to a ban or restriction cannot activate Cross Save, or disable Cross Save if already active, until that ban or restriction has expired
Source
