PLATFORM: PlayStation / Xbox
ISSUE: On the Barrow Dyad quest, with the three "Cleanse Curse" quests, I cannot pick up the relic to complete - it does not show on the screen/map at all. In fact, I do not see the Blight balls that should be up in the air in any of the three quest zones and when I use the LAUNCH option, all three quests attempt to send me to The Nether.
Also of note, all three quests are telling me to hunt down someone in The Nether and say they are on Step 3 of 3. (Screenshot included).
I can't interact with statues in The Nether as I have not gotten past this quest step.
REPRO STEPS: I tried LAUNCH and I've also tried using the quests in the Zones to get to this quest step. I also tried doing it on Xbox and still I only end up in The Nether exploring and no relic.
ACTUAL RESULT: I can only launch into The Nether and I can't interact with statues in all three Cleanse Curse quests.
EXPECTED RESULT:That I would pick up a relic and assault Taken until the relic was ready to deposit.

NOTES: I tried it on Xbox as well. No luck.
Hello there,
Thank you for your detailed report and the screenshot.
We understand you are unable to progress step 3 of all 3 Curse quests. From what we understand of this quest, dependent on where you spawn in the Nether, the location of the Taken fragments should be different. If that doesn't help you to locate them, however, and this seeming issue persists, then please record a short video demonstrating what happens when you attempt to interact with or locate the Taken fragments. While the screenshot is helpful, footage would help us to better look into this.
Once you have footage, you can upload it to a video-hosting site like Youtube, and we'll review.
