Parental Controls Not Working
My son's account is locked from comms, chat and EV. I've followed the instructions and created a guardian for him and enabled these features in the parental controls. However, he still can't use these features.
Bungie has closed all my tickets and told me to come here for support, so here I am. Can anyone help me with this?

Given that you're still encountering parental controls issues despite going through the setup process, please try the following: 1) Check your console or platform's parental control options for additional settings that could be interfering with your child account's accessing the relevant features. 2) Review our [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/24217906958868-Date-of-Birth-Requirements-for-Destiny-2-and-Bungie-Services]Date of Birth Requirements[/url] article to double check the setup process, then try removing parental controls from both accounts and going through setup once again. If something went awry in the process, restarting it from scratch should help to correct the problem. If the changes refuse to go through, consider using a different browser or an incognito window.
