Dear Bungie Support Team,
I'm asking you to help me disable all cross-save accounts associated with my Destiny 2 profile. I recently regained access to my steam account, which was stolen. And I noticed that my account is linked to the profiles of platforms that I see for the first time (namely: MICROSOFT ACCOUNT, EPIC and twitch), and my nickname has also been changed. This raises serious concerns, as my
account could have been hacked.
I ask you to disable all unauthorized platforms and help restore the full
control over my profile.
I would appreciate prompt consideration of my request. Please let
me know if additional information is needed to verify my identity.
Thank you.

Edited by BNGHelp3: 2/27/2025 8:49:14 AMHey there. Bungie will not forcibly unlink accounts nor cancel cross-save.
There is an unauthorized or unknown account linked to my Cross Save. Destiny Player Support and Bungie cannot modify platform accounts linked to Bungie.net profiles. To protect player privacy and data, you must be able to log into all linked accounts to prove ownership of them prior to modifying your Cross Save status. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact the platform’s support for that account to get assistance with account recovery options. For more details on how to help protect your Bungie.net and Destiny accounts in the future, please see our Account Security Guide.
Unfortunately, authenticating the accounts is the only proof of identity that Bungie accepts.

Edited by viiTactiiCZz: 2/27/2025 8:48:23 AMBungie do not offer that, players have to authenticate any and all profiles linked to their account in order to alter its cross-save status. If any of the accounts do not belong to you, you will need to work with the platforms they are from to see if they'll hand it over. If they refuse then you are, unfortunately, stuck with your setup and it cannot be altered. Bungie won't remove the accounts and they won't disable cross-save. As for the account you do have access to, you will want to secure them and possibly contact your platforms support to see if they can forcibly sign them out of devices (if this isn't an option you can do yourself).
