Issues with owned content
I have cross save and everything on my account linked properly. I bought witch queen and lightfall both with annual pass versions on Xbox, my passes and dungeon keys however did not transfer to my PlayStation account, I also can not use certain emblems linked to either purchase, though my crosssave says it should work. I can access all content and dungeons when I played on Xbox but not on ps5 which I only switched to due to an issue with my Microsoft account ending up with a password issue and they can’t help to recover.. I lost several accounts including my apple account with the Microsoft account issue. So I switched to PlayStation. I have since bought the game in full on ps5 but it still says I don’t have lightfall dungeon keys. Can anyone help with this at all?

As far as I can see you own everything except the Lightfall Dungeon Key on XBox. You said you bought the annual pass edition of Lightfall when it was out, so please check the following page and use the form provided to try to work out what happened to that. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items You should be able to play Duality and Spire of the Watcher on XBox, and you [i]should[/i] be able to play them when you launch the game on PSN. Are you saying they show as unavailable? What does it say? As you don't appear to own the Lightfall key, it's in theory correct in stopping you from playing Ghosts of the Deep or Warlord's Ruin, but hopefully the form above can sort that out. You aren't showing as owning anything at all on the PSN side. https://crimson.report/4611686018447979273/4611686018468075213 Just to confirm, when you launch the game on PS, you are definitely seeing the XBox characters and the Bungie Name of V1R4L_Chaos#2502? [u]Emblems[/u] There are some emblems earned on XBox that will not be available when you are launching the game on PSN. They will only be available when you launch the game through XBox. They are, - Preorder emblems for expansions preordered on XBox, - Destiny 1 veteran emblems earned on the XBox version of Destiny 1. Which ones are not available?

access to content is controlled by the platform (licensing issues), so, on xbox where you bought all the content, you have access to it. sony did not get any licensing fees from you purchasing it on xbox. if you want access to that content on playstation you have to pay them their fair share (i.e. purchase it from sony) and pssttt...when you buy access to something you are not buying the content. you are purchasing a license to access bungie's content. and as i said, it's the platform that controls access.
