Without knowing too much about any, I voted a taken/ blight option. Otherwise something similar and like a spore-like magic. I think if it leaned into spores and connected it to the world/ nature more that would be fun. We have, Solar (fire/ sun basically) Arc (electricity), Void (space), Stasis (ice/ freezing), Strand (physical energy) We don’t have one that really connects the land, or air, or elements. A weather or elemental one would be different and fun.
